Sometimes it is rather hard to see God's hand in every situation, but I am learning that He has a purpose in everything and I am to follow Him with my life and never turn back.  Yesterday, a lot happened in my life that I did not understand. It all happened at our game it seemed.  First, in the Junior Varsity game, a freshman landed on his arm, this breaking it. In the Varsity game, it seemed as though we were not cheering all that well.  In the fourth quarter one of my classmates was going for the ball and before I knew it he was laying in front of the cheerleaders in pain. He hurt his ankle but is hopefully not out for the rest of the season.
I have a heart for the elderly and I love them so much. There is a woman in Ohio from my mom's childhood that has been sick for years and her health is going down rather quickly. I want to get to this woman and witness Christ's love to her, but with everything going on we can't get over there for a long four to five hour drive yet.
So I was at home with my heart broken for especially these three people and someone encouraged me with Psalm 26:1-2 and it says, "Vindicate me, O Lord, for I have walked in my integrity. I have also trusted in the Lord: I shall not slip.  Examine me, O Lord, and prove me; try my mind and my heart."
